Once a bet placed on EK333 Keys is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If you use the Cash Out feature, the amount received at the moment of cash out is final — regardless of the match result.

• If a match is cancelled, all pre-match bets are voided and the full stake is refunded.
• In live betting, specific market rules apply if the required minimum overs or points have not been completed.
• Betting from more than one device simultaneously is permitted.
